Artic Air Home Services

Artic Air Home Services provides residential septic inspections, maintenance, repairs and tank pumping in St. Johns and Putnam counties. Based in East Palatka, the family-owned business has operated since 1959. Its septic inspections examine system condition and look for damage or blockages before recommendations are made. Repair work addresses septic clogs, leaks and damaged components, while pumping removes accumulated tank contents. Homeowners can request routine care or an appointment for an urgent septic problem. The septic team explains the proposed work after assessing the system, rather than treating every call as the same pump-out. Artic Air is a broader home-services business with a Google rating of 4.9 from 1601 reviews. Those reviews cover the company as a whole.
